Prior to getting into the mortgage business in 1997, I worked up to a senior customer service specialist at a major health insurance company for 8 years. There I had to give bad news all day and that was not rewarding to me. Now, I love being able to help customer to obtain a home and mortgage. I also enjoy helping them to improve their finances or debt consolidation when needed. I have a wide referral base from prior customers, due to the fact that I always returned their calls and explain all avenues that they can take until they fully understand what would be the best way for them to go based on their wants and needs.
